It may not feel like fall in San Diego, but that doesn’t mean we’re not ready for some cool-weather additions to our closets. While we wait for boot season and sweater weather, I put together some fall outfits on a recent trip to Target.
Animal print is still on trend for sure this season. It might be out of your comfort zone, but it adds instant style to any outfit.
This silky leopard print top adds flair to a pair of distressed jeans, but it would also be perfect for work with tailored black pants or a pencil skirt.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find this exact pair of black jeans on the Target website, but they’re very high waisted with minimal distressing and an ankle length. I actually like the pair I linked to better because of the frayed hem!
The deep burgundy shade of this lightweight sweater is perfect for adding a little fall flair to your wardrobe. It’s casual enough for running errands, but would be great for a holiday dinner too.
The dolman sleeve, boatneck, and ribbing take this cream top up a notch. It’s another top that would be great for a run to Homegoods or dressed up for the office.
The short-sided booties are my new favorite shoe. Definitely comfortable and good quality for the price.
As comfy as these corduroy pants were, I couldn’t decide whether or not to take them home. I don’t usually go for mustard, but there are some mauves and eggplants that would add some deep color to your fall outfits.
The faded gray tee is super comfy. I sized up to a large so I could knot it without it pulling at the waist.
Are you ready for fall or are you still holding onto summer?
